Making technology work for organizations

For 25 years I've shaped technology strategy for organizations, figuring out not just how to implement technology, but what to do with it and why. Right now that means AI: helping organizations make smart decisions about where AI fits, what it can actually deliver, and how to get there. Outside of work I build things: furniture, electronics, model railroads. Understanding how things are made changes how you think about everything else.
